The website https://galvanik.it uses cookies and similar technologies (in particular the browser's local storage) to operate correctly and to remember your consent choices. Non-necessary items — statistics and marketing — are activated only after your explicit consent. Google Maps is managed through a separate consent on the Contact page.

Equivalent effects are achieved by other local storage technologies such as localStorage: this website mainly uses the latter to store consent preferences. The banner classifies items as necessary, statistics and marketing; Google Maps has a separate choice.

Statistics and marketing: current status
As of the last update, no statistics or marketing tool is installed: no analytics service, no advertising pixel and no remarketing tool is loaded, not even if you accept all categories. Those categories remain available in the preference panel for possible future use; this policy will be updated — with provider, purposes and durations — and consent collected again before any such tool is activated.
Fonts and external resources
The website's fonts are hosted on this domain: displaying them involves no request to third-party servers and no transfer of your IP address to external parties. The only third-party content on the website is the map on the Contact page, subject to separate consent collected directly in the map panel.
Virtual assistant
The support chat is a first-party service: it installs no profiling cookies and requires no consent under Art. 122 of the Italian privacy code. How chat messages are processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
Consent management
On your first visit a banner lets you accept everything, reject non-necessary items or customise preferences per category. No non-necessary item is activated before an explicit choice: closing the banner or scrolling is not consent. Preferences are valid for 12 months, after which the banner is shown again.
The banner does not enable Google Maps, even when you choose “Accept all”. The map can only be enabled on the Contact page, and consent can be withdrawn at any time using the control displayed on the map.
Consent register
To demonstrate the consent obtained (Art. 7.1 GDPR), every banner choice is recorded in an internal archive with a random consent code, accepted or rejected categories, action, date and time, banner version, language, originating page, IP address and browser user agent. Google Maps activation and withdrawal are recorded separately with a random code, action, date and time, notice version, language, page, IP address and user agent. Legal basis: Art. 6.1.c GDPR in connection with Art. 7.1 GDPR. Data is kept only as long as needed for that purpose, as a rule no longer than 24 months from the last update, and is accessible to authorised administrators only.
Withdrawing or changing consent
You can change or withdraw your preferences at any time through the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer or here:
Withdrawal takes place through this panel and has immediate effect: items no longer allowed are not loaded again. In addition — and not as an alternative — you can delete or block cookies and local data in your browser settings; removing necessary items may impair the website and will cause the banner to reappear.
